The Georgian architectural heritage of Edinburgh’s Charlotte Square was the inspiration for the corporate identity signature, representing, in crest form, features found in the buildings and ironmongery around the Square itself. Traditional print and finishing techniques, such as foiling and debossing, are employed to make stationery and communications beautifully tactile and exude heritage and quality.
Carefully staged and cropped photography, given a sepia treatment, creates a distinctive visual identity used on digital and printed communications. Not everything, however, references past traditions . . . the fully-responsive website, optimised for mobile platforms, utilises the latest technologies to deliver a state-of-the-art user experience across desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
